hi im amanda .
I purchased this laptop from a company and it's refurbished.
The company did not give me any of the important information I need . I don't know if it's already got a password set up also I don't know how to use or get access to the anti virus security all that I know is the name of the anti virus system but it never works for me.
Hope you can help me.

I suggest you uninstall the anti virus and use the free antivirus from Microsoft.
