It looks like it needs the factory restore disk:
Tips to restore to factory settings in HP ProBook 6440b
There are various ways you can restore your factory settings in HP ProBook 6440b. The first option to restore the settings is the Recovery disk. The Recovery disk contains all the system and software settings which were initially installed when you purchased the laptop. To restore factory settings using the Recovery disc, you may need to boot your laptop from the Recovery disk. Again, you may make a Restore point or take back up of your whole computer after purchasing it. This will be a factory setting for your system. To keep back up, you can go consecutively to: 'Control panel', 'System and maintenance', 'Back up' and 'Restore center'. Then click on 'Back up computer', select where to save, go to 'Next' and select the partitions you want to include in back up. Then click 'Next', and finally, on 'Start back up'. An image of your selected drives will be created that may be used to restore the factory setting. For that, you need to click successively on: 'Control panel', 'System and maintenance', 'Back up' and 'Restore center'.
