My PC randomly disconnected from my internet for no reason

Hi guys,

So I'm running Windows 7 Professional as my OS and one day I turned on my PC and it randomly wouldn't connect to the Internet (It's wired in using ethernet cable) It's been three months and I still can't get it to connect, even Windows couldn't resolve it. So any suggestions to try and fix it would be greatly appreciated.

first Restart PC in safe mode by tapping F-8 key, choosing "Last Known Good Configuration" from menu (black screen). Next go into Control Panel, Right Click Network Connection and click Repair. If that don't work, reinstall Network Driver. You should also run Malwarebytes and ccleaner...
