PC won't reboot and appears a black screen.

Hi Guyz,

I need your help on this "I'll buy Video Card and put in on pci slot and it work's,but when I install the driver of the video card my pc's suddenly black out and when it turns on he can't continue to reboot and no sound to hear.What should I do on our problem?

Does it boot when you remove the card?
