Hello, my pendrive is asking that when iam formating it is saying it is write protected

Hi, Salman

You need to follow some simple steps for resolving write protected problem from pen drive

Go to Run window >> type "regedit" and enter

Now Registry editor window will open 

>>Find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" from the left pane
>>Click on "SYSTEM" then choose "CurrentControlSet"
>>Click on "Control" then choose "Storage"
 
Now from the right pane you get the "Write Protect" option. Select this and right click on it then choose "Modify" option.

Now Edit DWORD value window open. If you find out 1.1 under value data then replace it with 0.

Once you done then apply and exit from it. Now plug out USB drive from port and then plug in. I hope this method helps to remove write protected pen drive problem
