Hope a help from you.
In our company,Yesterday i connect a HP Laserjet 400 M401 PCL6 printer to a computer on network..
and then i try to connect other computers to that printer... all are ok...
but every morning they have problem with printing... after they go to run--> ip address where the printer connects and giving user name and password(since it is in domain network it asks for password) and then try to connect or they have to restart their pc to print...
Please let me know.
as i am a new it technician in our company i didnt find the solution... what is the issue?

1) yes it is a domain environment.
2) no it is static ip address...no change...
3) i go to add printer wizard and connect to the printer but still the problem persist...
4) i gave permission of sharing the printer...
Please help me...

It may be virus issue of the computer where printer connects...

Yes thank you it is virus.. i scan it and remove it..
