BSNL Wireless Modem WEIRD problem ( No Wifi )

I have a BSNL TDSL300W2 Wireless Modem .
The weird thing is even when I have activated the wifi using 192.168.1.1
there are no wifi signals . The LED of the modem is also blinking and Show SSID option is also on . Please help regarding this . I have also tried hard reset but that is not working .
Internet using LAN is working properly.

Sounds like a failed wifi transmitter to me. Wifi routers often fail after 3 or 4 years of use.
