Latitude E5500, wifi not working

Hello,

I have Latitude E5500, my wifi was working perfectly for number years, a fews weeks ago, it stopped working, I could the see wifi radio signal, but not connection to internet. Replaced the Wifi Card, still the same problem, disabled the wifi, try to use USB WIFI, would not detect the USB wifi. Is this issue with Window 7 updates or what?? I have uninstalled last 12 updates, and still no wifi Internet. Only wired internet. Any help
