use a browser app on you phone to connect to facebook, try loggin in with your details, if you have entered a correct email, facebook will automatically match up your, email to your account.. If your lucky enough to access the setting, then pls. Confirm your email used in facebook as your recovery email.. And changed your password avoid loggin in with your details on suspicious websites..
