Press Ctrl-Alt-Del, and then click Task Manager.
In the Windows Task Manager application that appears, select New Task (Run) from the File menu.
Type Explorer and click Ok.

I do what u bt after pressing ctrl+alt+del . Then press the task manager.
Bt not going far form this.
Here a pop up is came and writer that taskmgr.exe- bad image
C:\window\ system32\sechost. Dll is either not designed to run on window or it contain an error . Try installing the program again using the original installing media or contact your system administrator or the softwere vendor for support .
What should i do to get out from this.
