Hello,
you should have the followint system requirements to the graphic card to work properly
Requirement:
------------
PCI Express® based PC is required with one X16 lane graphics slot available on the motherboard.
1024MBMinimum of system memory.
Installation software requires CD-ROM drive.
DVD playback requires DVD drive.
Blu-ray(TM) / HD DVD playback requires Blu-ray / HD DVD drive.
400 Watt Power Supply is required.
Also download driver here...

did you insert it properly?..
switch off your pc remove the card, re install again and then turn on your pc...

inserted the graphics card in the PCI e slot. I connected the display to onboard, display comes... but newly inserted graphics card is not showing in the device manager. (fan of the graphic card was spinning)

Hello,
If it is able to run the board with the card in, you probably need to go into the BIOS and disable integrated graphics....
