P5G41-M LX ram not supporting ... Closed

Sir,
I have a asus P5G41-M LX motherboard on my pc .
recently i bought a EZI memory 4GB 1333 mhz RAM  .
eventhough the website says it have 4 gb / slot support it is not working 
actually the computer doesnt on .

my other specs are .
intel core i2 duo core 2.93 ghz - processor

Is your MB using ddr, ddr2 or ddr 3?

Ya the thing is in right slot and I have a 2gb ddr3 1333mhz ram already.
the asus website claims each slots to hold 4gb ram of 1333 mhz
