I have Dell laptop inspiron 14z-N411z suddenly the computer stuck it and when I off it and again I on it the screen is became black and just light of the keyboard is on

Screen is black
Computer screen goes black but computer still running ✓ - Forum - CPU/Desktop
My computer turns on but the screen is black ✓ - Forum - Monitor
Hp laptop screen goes black but still running ✓ - Forum - Monitor
Acer laptop blue light on but screen is black - Forum - Laptop
Screen goes black after windows logo ✓ - Forum - Monitor

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
