Hotmail loggin issues

I have been trying to log on my hotmail account several times but it always gives me the error that my username or password is incorrect I have filled out the recovery form several times and it gets me nowhere, I need to get inside tha account but I can't even find a direct way get help from microsoft on this without signin in
