Wont accept birthdate

Hello,

When I try to create a hotmail acct. I fill out everything they asked and then hit final tab...the month thing on birthdate flashes and it says I have to be a certain age??
Tried last night and again this morning...what am I doing wrong?

Wont accept birthdate
