Trying to download Adobe Flash Player 7

Hello, I'm trying to download Adobe Flash Player 7 my computer keeps telling me to close out Internet Explorer but I have to use Internet Explorer to download the flash player I'm confused on how to do this cuz it stops at 66 percent every time to tell me to close out Internet Explorer

Hi

Go to your task manager, click on the start tab. See if IE is there. If it is there deactivate it and restart your computer.
