E mail yahoo acc problem

Hello,
I have a yahoo mail acc on my I pad and my I phone 4 since the 5 march I can not retrieve my yahoo mail, I can send but if I want to retrieve my mail a message come up ( can not connect to the server ) What can be the problem

You can only connect with the device you created the account with.
