Hi Sch,
Is there an error code on the blue screen? If memory serves, I think the reason (if one is given (in not very helpful writing)) is on the second line of text, but the important stuff in an a code number towards the bottom - usually something like 0x0000007b (......... , ........ , ........)
We can often help with the first set of numbers.
Also it would be nice to know what version of Windows you are using.
Finally, it might work in safe mode - If you know how to get there then see if that works and let us know.
