my daughter reset to factory settings on her acer e1-571 laptop but didn't plug in to the power so the battery ran out,when i plugged in after she told me,and turned on,it's just a black screen that flashes on and off every 20 secs, all lights on and the load light flashes as normal as if its going to load and the fan kicks in for a split second what could be the reason please help??

Hello,

Try this 1

Remove the AC power adapter --> Remove the battery --> Hold the

power button for 60 seconds --> Connect the AC power adapter then

try to switch ON the laptop and later put the battery back into the

laptop.

Thanks for reply jack but it seems the same,when it loads it does have a slight scratching sound
