Repair harddisk

Hello,

My toshiba netbook nb505 I recently format and tried to install windows 7 but cannot expand windows files. I tried to install windows 8.1 but there is an errors messages states that the PC needs to be repaired. The boot configuration data file doesn't contain valid information for an operating system.

File: \Boot\BCD
Error code: 0xc0000098

I had tried to scan the harddisk it states bad harddisk.
How to repair the sata harddisk with this error code.

Any "repair" would just be superficial. I suggest you buy a new hard disk. Then you can rely of the computer.

Hello,
Desktop is dropping after boot. I cannot open task manager because I try but I get error message that says task manager was disabled by administrator. I have to click ok. Then I get the same problem.
