Cannot complete nero7 installation on Vista

Hello, I am trying to install Nero Essentials 7 on my Vista but it is giving me a pop up window half way through the installation. The window from the Wizard says that 'Some files that need to be updated are currently in use'.

These are files i'd need to close and click retry, the file is ''Windows Explorer (Process ID:3156). There is nothing running, I also exited all the icons on the tray just in case but no luck.

Please someone help me.
