How to recover Deleted message from trash

Hello,
i hope you are fine.I had moved an message from inbox to draft and from there to to the trash and then deleted it by mistake last saturday.i want to retrive this message in my inbox .Please if you can help it will be nice.

According to Gmail, if you have deleted the messages from spam or

trash you won't be able to recover using Gmail Interface.
