Pendrive there iz no option of explore

Hello,

when i right click on the pendrive there iz no option of explore.....plz help me....and when i enter this pendrive in ma laptop it shows format and when i format it it shows'...........................;;;;;;;check to see the disk and drive are conected properlly,make sure that the disk is not ready only,and then then try again....for more option,search helpfor ready only files and how to change them;;;;............................
