Hello,
hie guys i am having a problem with my laptop, hp 255 new versions, it is not showing any output on the screen when it is switched on not even led lights it will be displaying a black screen just as if it is switched off yet the c.d rom and the hard disk drive are functioning. if you try to connect it to an external monitor there is no output again. i need your help guys please.

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
