My CPU keeps beeping 3 times when I turn it on and the screen is blank

Hello,

I just finished cleaning my CPU, then when I put everything back on and boot it up, it keeps beeping 3 times (beep,beep,beep[pause]). I read an answer that said it was the RAM, so I re- seated the RAM. But it still beeps.

Don't know what might cause this... Did you have a power outage that caused physical damage? And since when do you have that issue?
