Camera Card unreadable when i wish to view the photo in window

Hello,

Help! I open a camera SD card (fujifilm x100) in window 8.1. At 1st, it show a list of photo taken in RAF file, when the time i double click in, the computer say it need to format the card.

Inside got precious photo, please help!

Perhaps a recovery program can read the files. I have used a free program called Recuva with some success. Just Google the name for a download location.
I would replace the card with a new one for future pictures.
