I got error when i disable my pendrives write protected that is

Hello, sir i want to know why i got an error while i disabling my pen drives write protected that is registry edditing has been disabled by ur administor......why sir please help me

Well, log into the machine as the admin. That, sir, is the easiest fix.

To answer your question, it is because you do not have the rights to alter the drives of the machine. The USB is a drive!
