Compaq presario v3000 windows xp2 sound not working

Hello,


my laptop compaq presario v3000 all the drivers installed with windows xp sp2 but still unable to get sound.

please help.

Thanks for the reply.
I already have them installed... n still it isn't working....

please help with alternative solution.

I still get the message "driver installation fail : could not find the media device for this driver.
