my name is african babe, and i have a problem.....................

i need to get back my deleted items, that was deleted from the deleted items, how is it possibli for me to get them back??????????????????????

First of all, what OS are you using ,XP, Vista or linux? Secondly what types of files are you trying to recover :emails , files, and digital photos?

i had faced same thing but was able to recover almost my needed data wuth the help of "Recover my files". do a google search and you will get this.
