Hi Karysma,
Have you tried powering on with the charge cable connected? Are the LEDs turning on and do you hear the initial beep sound? If your laptop has some warranty left, contact the reseller. If it has expired, I would try resetting BIOS by removing the CMOS battery for a few seconds. Use the laptop's manual to get instructions.
