Hello,


I have a sony vaio PCG-11211L all in one touchscreen PC. It boots completely and turns on but none of the internet browsers work (I can't connect to the internet). There is internet connection in the house and the browsers on the rest of my laptops and tablets work just fine. What can I do to fix this issue?

sometimes this is a problem with malware changing internet settings. I suggest you check IE to settings to see if a proxy server has tried to takeover your PC.
