I have a Nvidia Geforcce FX 5200 128mb and I used it on windXp so How can I upgrade My old graphics card to windows because it needs an upgrade?

That FX5200 was a PCI card. They don't make PCI cards anymore. You might be able to find a used GeForce 6200 256MB that uses the PCI format. But you should probably save your money and buy a newer motherboard.
