It won't send me my confirmation code

old phone got broke and it won't let me touch the screen so I got a new phone and I transfer my same number to my new phone. I had to download the Facebook app again and it won't let me receive My Codes on my new phone please help !

Set up the account on a laptop or desktop. Give that a try.
