I forgot my password. The only option that comes up for recovery is to use my alternate email and nothing more. My alternate email was no longer functional, I lost access to my alternate email for long time ago. I cannot see any link asking for phone number or security questions. Please can anyone help me with ideas on how to reset my password without the use of alternate email

When was the last time you successfully accessed your account?

Actually i still access my account to this device through passcode but i want to open my account to my other device but i can't because it requires password.

It can't be done because FB recognizes the device. It's a security feature.

That's why i am here to ask anybody who can possible help me about this matter. If ever this device of mine will be damage then it means i will no longer to use my FB anymore . To anybody here please help me to solve my problem.
