BSNL Type II Modem - not working

Hello,
My modem was working fine till yesterday. But now it started acting weird. The power light is on and all the other light including LAN port light was not turned on. after few hours all light were turned on except LAN port. Kindly suggest me what might be wrong with my modem. Myt PC shows no network available
(not even showing an exclamation symbol).
