Facebook account your computer needs to be cleaned

while I open my facebook account I got two errors.First one is that this webpage was blocked by extension and another one is that your computer needs to be cleaned but if another one uses my browser to open his facebook account it easily opened.Please reply

The message is not from Facebook, it is malware for further help check this Facebook article for ways to remove it:
