Memory card cannot open

Please help me, when i want transfer picture from my camera memory card to the laptop,i cant open the folder..the icon at my picture become document..

What us the make and model of your camera.

How are you proceeding to transfer?

What is the file extension of the picture you transferred?

canon..im using card reader to transfer..im not sure about file extension..

You should not use the card reader but the software supplied by Canon.

But when i open using card reader..there is 2 folder in my memory card..1 folder can read and i can open the picture..but another folder i cant open..

What is the other folder you can't open called

same file also picture..but different date..

Probably corrupted, I suggest you delete it.
