Resets about mobile

Hello, I have a question about mobile that indroid did updates so my mobile setting is change now which is I don't like it I want everything to be back like had that before so the thing is if I reset it says my download thing picture everything will delete it which is I don't want to lose them so what can I do without losing my pictures and video everything so please if u know anything let me know plz worried about my mobile plz
