Copy Data from One sheet in a workbook to another Sheet

Hi,

I'm trying to copy one sheet automatically in one workbook to multiple workbooks. For example the workbook is May 2015 Sales Numbers and the Sheet is Casey. I need all data on that sheet to copy automatically as it is updated to workbook Casey's Team 2015 onto the sheet Casey. Or I have a similar problem getting Workbook Jenna Ford's RGA, Sheet 1 to copy automatically into Workbook Casey's Team 2015, sheet Jenna RGA. I'm figuring that once you help me with one formula I will be able to duplicate it since the situations are always the same. I'm fairly new to the VBA copying of data. I assume I just choose to open the visual basic screen and then copy and paste the formula in there. Thank you so much for your help!
