Hi!
I have a spreadsheet with dates in column C starting at C7, and other info to do with the dates in columns A through L
Im wanting to have a cell on another sheet (sheet2) in the document with a cell to enter the expired year (EX: 2001) and a button next to it
that will search for anything that will have expired that year (7 years ago, so 1994) in the sheet (sheet1) dates column,
and copy the rows(A-L) to the sheet with the expired date input (Sheet2), starting at A5
any help with this would be greatly appreciated, if its possible!

Hello AJohn,
Your post is a little ambiguous, so are you saying that:-
- Should you enter 2001 to be searched, that the information from seven years prior to the example 2001 (from 1994 to 2001) is in a row in Sheet 1, Columns A:L?
- There may also be more than one row of information for 2001 (or any year for that matter)?
It would be best if you could upload a sample of your work book (be careful with any sensitive data) so that we can more easily ascertain how to solve your issue.
You can upload a sample using a free file sharing site such as DropBox or ge.tt
In the meantime, I have quickly put together the following for you to see if we are at least on the right track:-

Cheerio,
