Please help! the sims 3 crashing!!

Hello,
ok so on the sims 3 on one of the loading screens it says Sims 3 has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.</bold> this has been happening to me several times! but it only happens with the sims 3 not any other game i really need help and i would love to start playing again THANK U ALOT PLEASE REPLY SOON!! :)

OK, do this:

Right click over yur computer and select Properties. ON the first screen, you should see how much RAM your PC has, let us know. Let us know if you need help getting the info!

Your OS probably looks different, but the process is same. Look for something like 1.99GB on the properties screen!
