I would recommend you to disconnect the power cable and remove the battery. Hold the power button for a few seconds and try to start again. Try connecting to another monitor. I there is no change, I would reset BIOS to defaults by removing the CMOS battery. It is a bit hard to do it on a laptop, but all depends on the model. Check the laptop's manual for some instructions. The CMOS battery should be removed for a few seconds and then placed back in the socket.

Did you try to swap your RAM and reseat it again?

Please try with any external monitor whether you see any display on it..
If there is display then there may be a problem in your monitor otherwise it may be graphic issue...
