Graphics card problem

Hello,
Iam using zotac geforce 210 graphics card.the problem is while playing the game it stuck and on the display of the game full of colored squires colors like green black red.and the game display will stuck.give me a solution for this problem

Is the display the same after you re-boot the computer?

If so, then it's most likely a video card failure.
