okay well. My Toshiba Satellite laptoP. S55-A5295 just says restarting. It was acting strange so I decided to restart it. But now it just says restarting. And keep says restarting. I've tried hard powering it off. I've tried letting the battery run out. I can't take out the battery. So I don't know what to do. Please help me.

If you have the Windows DVD you can do a repair.

1. determine how to change the start device. The Toshiba splash screen should tell you what PF key to push.
2. Put the Windows DVD in the optical drive
3. Start the laptop and then use the PF key to change the start device to the optical drive.
4. When Windows starts from the DVD select the repair option
5. cross your fingers and hope that will fix the problem.

Good luck

I can't do anything. I don't get a splash screen. The only thing I get is the restarting screen. And nothing else happens.

it's black first with the word restaring. Then it turns blue with the words restarting like the normal restart

they you need the services of a good PC Tech. I suggest you find a good local repair shop. It's possible that the laptop may need to be replaced since repairing may cost more than replacing with a new one.

Good luck
