Hi LITAN,
Does the card appear in Disk Management? If it does, check it has a drive letter and a file format. What do you use to connect the SD card to the PC, an adapter or some card reader? Check the card on another PC and even on another type of device. Is the information readable. I recommend you to use a Linux Live CD to check if you could copy your data.
Sadly, it is highly possible that the card has failed and you may need to replace it. If you manage to copy your files, format the card and check if it is working properly.
