How to recover a locked folder after a windows restore

Hi all,
i recently copied all my files to an external hard drive and made a system restore,
then i remembered that i forgot to copy a locked/hidden folder by File lock pro (giliSoft) . and i can't even undo the restore, so if any one can tell me how to recover this locked folder i would very appreciate it since this folder means a world to me.

ps, or at least tell me where that program moves the files after i lock it
