Phone --> MHL cable --> female HDMI coupler --> HDMI to RCA cable --> input device
this is hdmi to rca connector

Well sir thanx for suggestion I show d detail but there is no solution for or convenience I want to clarify u that my tv don't have HDMI port it had only rca connector n I want to connect my android to tv if u know plz tell how to connect to rca connector thanx.

You'd need a female HDMI connector on the RCA cable, so if you can't find one, you may also need a female to female HDMI coupler.

So it'd be something like this ...

Phone --> MHL cable --> female HDMI coupler --> HDMI to RCA cable --> input device
