ROUNDING FUNCTION

For the Excel rounding function normally is 4 down 5 up is it possible that rounding the digit as below request?

115.21 - 115.22 = 115.20
115.23 - 115.24 = 115.25
115.26 - 115.27 = 115.25
115.28 - 115.29 = 115.30

my work file normally need 2 decimal and I need the last reading read as 0 or 5

I need a formula help me done my work auto adjust instead manual work.
