Recovry of yahoo account without using phone number

Hello, My account has been hacked and I have no access to phone number, further I forgot my security questions. I contacted to customer care n filed the required for describing my issue in detai but they did not respond yet. I have provided alternate email ID for contact on the required form but did not get any responce. Please do help me if one can.

You have done everything possible. There is no magic trick. You must now wait and be patient. At the time you filled the form, there were probably thousands of people ahead of you.
