Try deleting the Cookies for the web page you are trying to load.
Select then Select "Settings"
Put the word cook in the Search Box
Click on "Content Settings"
Click "All cookies and site data"
Find the site you are trying to open (i.e. www.facebook.com)
Select it and delete cookies (Click the X).

Try "Clearing your Browser Data (Cache)"
Try your "Cache" first and see if that helps. Deselect all others (i.e. "History")
Do not forget to select "Begining of Time" in the upper right.
